About Reggio General Contracting

Reggio General Contracting is run by a group of dedicated tradesmen specifically in Residential Renovations and Construction. 

 

Roman Reggio has been in the home improvement industry for over 20 years.

 Roman started in the painting industry at the age of 17, He was lucky to become part of a company of painters that were truly professionals, that took pride in their work and also had a European influence in their technique. Roman soon acquired these skills as well and it led him to some prestigious high-end custom homes. Roman was also part of Meritview Decorating that worked on Jim Caruk’s TV show Real Reno’s for HGTV.

 

Roman enjoys working with clients to improve their homes both on the interior and exterior. He brings professionalism to any space, both large and small. Roman is now the sales/customer service and coordinator for Reggio General Contracting he has united a group of tradesman who provide the same high-quality standard and attention to detail to ensure complete satisfaction. 

Zachary Cunningham is our onsite project manager.

Zachary will be onsite from start to finish and will coordinate with our other trades to make sure everyone stays on task. He is the one that gets the projects completed on time and on budget. 

Zack takes care of our Demolition, Framing, Drywall, Taping and Finish Carpentry

Process

Our Process

Step 1: Get an Estimate You will be required to provide pictures and measurements and a some details of your projects. We will respond within 24hrs with an estimate. This will allow you to get an idea of costs in order to determine whether our company can complete your project within your budget. Get my Estimate

 

Step 2: Book Your Consultation and Proposal Once you have determined that our Ballpark price is within your budget, we will book you in for a complete consultation, we will bring Samples, Fandecks, Brochures and work alongside you to make decisions based on your preferences. Once this consultation is completed you will receive an itemized proposal for your Project.

Step 3: Scheduling your Project. Once you have accepted your proposal, we will then begin to schedule your project with our Trades. You will receive a progress payment schedule where payments will be divided on a per week basis.

 

Step 4: We are with you every step of the way. Our onsite Project Manager will make sure your expectations are being met and that your project is properly coordinated and is being completed as per your specs. A brief weekly meeting with our team is encouraged to make sure everyone is always on the same page. Questions are also always encouraged, as many as you may have.  

Step 5: Financing and Budgeting We work with all types of budgets and can be flexible with most clients’ needs and budgets. We have multiple payment methods Cash, E-transfers, Credit Cards and we have access to great lenders and Mortgage Brokers than can help finance virtually any project.
